Absolutely perfect young rider or junior horse. He will willingly take them up the grades as far as they wish to go. Incredibly easy to ride. Unflappable temperament. Snaffle-mouth in all phases. Never looks at anything cross country. Willing and cooperative but very laid-back.

Top ten placing CCI**

Finished tenth at Tattersalls CCI** June 2013 in class of 69 starters:

  • Dressage – 44.8 (=7th place).
  • Cross country – Clear under time over a tough long track to finish the day on 44.8 (5th place).
  • Show jumping – Had one unlucky rail to finish on 48.8 (10th place).
  • Would have finished third without this rail.

Won CCI*

Won Aldon CCI* October 2011 in class of 67 starters:

  • Dressage – 43.1 (2nd place).
  • Cross country – Clear under time to finish the day on 43.1 (2nd place).
  • Show jumping – Clear jump and time to finish on 43.1 (1st place).

Easily moved up to Intermediate level May 2012. Always jumped clear cross country, including the tough tracks at Barbury CIC** and Belton CIC**. Never been pushed for time at Intermediate horse trials, but wastes no time into or away from a fence, so very capable of fast times, as he showed at Tattersalls CCI**.

Already many wins and places. Consistently in top few after dressage. Consistently clear or one rail show jumping. Always easy and clear cross country.

Suffered loss of energy second-half 2012, which is common 12-18 months after horses are imported from the southern hemisphere. After a few starts when he was not himself, he was given a break. Came back in 2013 fully 100% again and back on top form.

Incredibly affectionate horse. Loves people. Easy for anyone to handle, however inexperienced. Beautiful manners at all times. Always everyone's favourite horse in the yard!

Dressage already established at Advanced level. Show jumped successfully clear at 1.25 m level. Cross country machine so should have no issues at higher levels. Very ready to move up to Advanced Horse Trials.

Westphalian German bred horse (our only foreign import).

Lovely short-coupled horse with beautiful paces. Extremely easy on the flat. Does not get fazed by atmosphere at all.

Scopey jump, very adjustable stride. Bold at all types of fence.

Started with German dressage upbringing. Sold through German horse auction as a three-year-old. Moved to UK where he started his eventing career slowly and correctly. Brought back to New Zealand by Kiwi owner/rider but she was unable to compete him due to an injury she incurred on another horse. Extremely low mileage horse with many years in front of him.

Did very little until acquired by Clifton Eventers at the end of 2010.

See his British Eventing performance record.

Breeding: Born 25/5/2003. German registration number: DE441411300703. Sire:Ehrentusch, Dam: Samantha
